Henrik Snellman's main area of practise is business law.
He specialises in M & A and commercial contracts.
He is also on a regular basis appointed as official receiver
in bankruptcies and has vast experiece of insolvency law.
Member of the Swedish Bar Association, Former member of the board of the Swedish Bar Association, Secretary to the local East bransch of the Swedish Bar Association and Member of the Society of Administrators of Company Reorganisation and Official Receivers.
